RETURN POLICY:

Because all items are custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, we will refund or replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake. In such a case, please send us proof. (A photo will work.)

You will be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• Size is wrong
• Colour is wrong*
• Text colour is wrong
• Design is wrong
• Text is wrong

In addition to the above reasons, we won’t offer refunds or exchanges.
